By far the best experience at a dealership we have had to date. Scott Keyland was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we chose. He made sure we were fully aware of all the features it had to offer, he even set up our phones to work through it which I thought was a nice touch. Charles spoke with us and he was very nice and gave us a good deal. Both Scott and Charles are very easy to deal with but most importantly professional.

We will keep them in mind down the road.

Comments: I had an emergency yesterday on my way home to Miamisburg, Ohio. My car was towed to your shop. We didn't arrive until around 4pm. My car needed two new tires and aligned. I was so impressed at how friendly everyone was. The young lady that signed us in and ordered our tires went out of her way to make sure we were updated and got out of there as quickly as possible. There was one man that stayed until 6:30 to get my car taken care of...so we could get back on the road. I talked to him several times....and he said that he would much rather worry about getting us back on the road and home safely then worrying about leaving work on time. So impressive. Thank you so much for such an awesome staff. It was much appreciated.

: comments: bought my new 2013 GMC terrain yesterday. I couldn't begin to tell you how wonderful I was treated by my dealer, Mr. Jesse Country. He was the most respectful dealer I have ever dealt with. He worked with me patiently over several hours finding the "right" vehicle for me. He worked with me on my price range with the most respect and super friendly. He went as far as to help me put my 3 car seats in vehicles to find the one that fit them all and explained all the features to me wonderfully. His supervisor needs to give him a big pat on the back for making me one very super happy customer. I never once felt pressured by him, which is a big plus. I wanted to drop a quick note and express my sincere thanks for the hard work and great customer service provided by Trevor Wilson during our recent purchase.

My wife was very interested in the 2011 Sonata but the only problem is her work schedule was just too busy to come to the dealership to sign. Trevor, with the assistance of Frank Jones, drove the paperwork to my wife Sunday afternoon at the Horse Park for her signature. That is exceptional customer service!

He was kind, knowledgeable, willing to answer any question we had, and did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable. Scott went above and beyond the call of duty to help us purchase a car for our daughter, who is a college student in Lexington. His hard work saved us about 4 hours of driving, and we found a car within our budget but did not feel a lot of pressure to make a purchase. Scott even made arrangements to help get our daughter to Glenn Auto to pick up the car, since she was without transportation. He promptly responded to my many texts, answering each question and addressing every concern. The next time we need a vehicle we will most certainly visit Glenn Auto, and would gladly recommend Glenn Auto to anyone we know who is looking for one. Thanks for making the whole experience so positive, so convenient, and so painless!

Glenn made the car buying process, which I usually dread, very easy. I never felt pressured and thought everyone I dealt with was very up front with us during the entire process. When it's time to purchase another vehicle I will definitely let Glenn have the first chance at my business.

*I also purchased the vehicle I traded in from Glenn Nissan in 2002 with no problems during that transaction either.

Mr. Litteral was very professional and courteous during the whole process of leasing my new Santa Fe. He took the time to show me all the new features and followed up with me the next day to see if I had any additional questions. Mr. Litteral aslo provided his cell phone number and told me to call with any questions or concerns I may have.

This makes the fourth Hyundai vehicle I have leased from Glenn Hyundai. This is an excellent dealership for both sales and service.

My wife and I visited Hyundai at GlennAuto mall to review pre-owned vehicles as we were possibly interested in trading in our 9 year old Santa Fe. We met Jason Barnett in the used car lot and he showed a number of vehicles and we even drove a couple.However we were then interested in what was available as new, within our price range. Jason, without any pressure took his time and very pleasantly went through the new cars with the details that my wife was looking for - bluetooth, heated seats, and a color red - the Elantra GLS he showed us and let us drive filled our requirements and the following discussions on price and terms of payment were very acceptable so we ended what was really an appraisal of what was available with a purchase. Since then my wife has been most pleased with the purchase. Jason was most pleasant, patient and informative and did not put any pressure on the purchase at all. I complimented him to his manager for a job well done.

Chris was extremely helpful in my search for a new vehicle. I had not actually planned on buying so soon, but Chris's helpfulness, knowledge, and friendliness made me feel comfortable in moving ahead. He was never pushy, and he was very understanding as I weighed my options. Chris was also supported by a friendly financing staff and management. I've already done a testimonial, but Cip was very respectful/easy/pleasant/competent to work with. He attended the buying process from start to finish and we spoke/text several times over the course of the transaction, even after hours. I looked almost 8mos for this car and he was eager/willing to make the sale. The fact that I was out of state did not deter him. I appreciated his dedication, as several other dealers hadn't followed through for me and it was a trade/cash sale. I highly recommend him and he might hear from my daughter if she finds a vehicle on your website.

I worked with James (as the salesperson) and Elizabeth (with financing). This was my first experience at Glenn Auto Mall and it turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant encounter (I typically dread buying cars). The sales staff were very low key and easy to work with. They were very friendly and knowledgable. Mike continued to work on fulfilling our needs from the type of car we wanted to the financing until he found the correct fit that was acceptable to us. He did so without pushing a high pressure sales agenda. Hopefully, Glen Nissan will continue to do a good job in the future meeting our service and perhaps future purchase needs.

I must say I was quite surprised at the treatment we recieved by Scott and Barb at Glenn.
We browsed some vehicles online and set an appointment with Scott and he had the vehicle cleaned up and ready to drive!
We didn't purchase our vehicle the first visit as we had several to look at, but when Scott called to thank us for visiting I let him know that
my wife and I would be returning to him and Glenn.
He again had the vehicle ready, an Barb in helped us with financing!
Both stayed late an treated us better than any other dealership we visited!
Scott even watched our grand kids while we did our paperwork!
Glenn had certainly proved to be a great dealership!
I will recommend them to those I know!

Tiffani was very patient and kept close contact with me as I made my decision. She has a great personality and everyone was super friendly, which made it much easier and less stressful. She was not pushy at all and gave me a great choice of vehicles to choose from. Anything I needed, she was very willing to do or check on for me.

Olivia was my finance advisor and she was great, as well. She explained everything to me and answered many questions that I had about the payment plan and warranty of my vehicle.

This is the fourth vehicle that I have bought at Glenn auto mall. Thank you for making each and every time stress-free and fun.

I visited Glenn Auto Mall on July 18, 2012, to look for a car for my daughter. I did not purchase a car only because my daughter had her ' sights ' locked in on another vehicle. I would recommend ANYONE needing a used or new vehicle to talk with Joe Bodkin at Glenn Auto Mall. Joe was very knowledgable of the vehicles, warranties, explained the used ( certified ) vehicle policy. Joe was very patient with all of our questions. It was 100 degree in the shade but Joe did not rush us and was very courteous and attentive. It is a rarity to find a salesman that wants to sell you a product that truly meets YOUR needs. Joe was GREAT ! Please give him a call if you are in the market for a vehicle !

Thanks to Glenn Auto Mall and their great sales staff. Scott Rollins was great to deal with, as he quickly found the 2012 graphite gray Hyundai Tuscon I could not find in Louisville. The finance staff was also great, as I dealt with Brian Smith who made sure we could receive the car the same day. They did everything they said they would do and were great to deal with. I was impressed by the high level of customer service, as they were able to beat the price in and around Louisville for the Tuscon but they also BROUGHT IT to us!! I highly recommend them, especially Scott and Brian, because of the great purchasing experience my wife and I had. They both followed up today to make sure everything was going well and that we were satisfied with our purchase. Thanks again we both love the Tuscon!

Bought a new Elantra yesterday at Glenn Hyundai and had the best car buying experience I've had. Car buying can be aversive at best, but at Glenn, thanks to salesman Dan Litteral, the experience was laid back, low pressure, and easy. Financing was a breeze and Dan made the trade-in experience especially simple. A++ experience.

As a lifetime Ford girl, I really wasn't expecting to drive away in a new 2012 Tucson! I wanted to look at all the small SUVs and crossovers on my list. The Tucson was the last one. Dan Litteral, the salesman, did a great job. He wasn't pushy, but very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles, patiently answering all my questions. I would recommend asking for Dan if looking to purchase a new car. I can say that after dreading another day of car shopping this was a pleasant surprise. From the beginning to the end, all the employees at Glenn made this a positive experience! It has been a couple of days since the deal and I must say that I love my new Tucson, and who wouldn't love the 10 yr\120000 mi warrenty and roadside assistence that came with it????

I've purchased a 2012 Sonata from Glenn last week. Greg Fath was my rep and was upfront about everything. I was on the defense as soon as I started on the lot, then Greg came over. He didn't pressure me for anything and I could have walked at any point and had no hassle from anyone. Everything about this dealer from Greg to Olivia the Business Mgr is exactly what the car buying experience should be. Great group of people with an awesome approach to running a business - customers first.

I have purchased 3 Nissans and I Infinite from Glenn in the past 20 years. Then for some stupid reason I went elsewhere (not once but twice) and bought 2 cars that I was not happy with. I was not happy with the deal nor the service. So I just dropped by Glenn Nissan the other day and well I am now driving a 2012 Nissan Altima which I purchased from Brandon Alexander (extremely great guy and salesman) and I am SO HAPPY!! Easiest purchase I have ever made. Love the car. Loved the deal they made me AND they are still taking care of me. AWESOME!!! Even offered to make a free commercial for them. I recommend Brandon and Glenn Auto Mall and oh we can't forget LEONARD (he closed the deal) to anyone searching for a new or used car. But you have to get a Nissan. Nissans are the best!!! Thanks guys and Thanks to Glenn Nissan. I am extremely pleased with the purchase and everything that went with it!!!!

Very Transparent & Soothing Car purchase experience: I recently purchased Nissan Altima from Glenn Nissan Lexington Richmond Road KY. I was pretty much impressed with the clarity/transparency of the things thr. I would like to appreciate here all the support extended by very good staff thr especially Mr. James Anderson and Mr. Eric Smith. They were simply amazing and efficient in the whole transaction and I felt like I am with right set of people who will not be cheating/ wheedling u. KenW.....We have bought two cars from Donovan Grider and the folks there at Glenn. I have to say that we were extremely pleased. Between Donovan ensuring we understood the bells and whistles of the car to the sales manager ensuring we were getting the best trade-in available for our old car. The finance folks, can't say enough on their part. The finance part is the worst thing about buying a car and they make it extremely easy. They also worked around my schedule by bringing the paperwork to me to sign as well as delivering my car to work. Makes for a great Monday. A++++++ all the way around.

I have bought two cars from Matthew Holman at Glenn Hyundai within the last eight months and I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Matthew has sold the cars at very good prices and even gave the highest price in town on my trade-in: $1000 more than CarMax offered me! Kasey in the service department is awesome and has given free loaners when my car received warranty service. Olivia in the finance department worked over time to get me the lowest possible interest rate and saved hundreds in dollars per year. Sweet! I love this dealership!

I did quite a bit of research regarding the Hyundai Genesis Coupe. After meeting with more than a couple dealerships I ended up with Glenn Hyundai and found a car I fell in love with. Ben Nipp did a wonderful job guiding me through the process and has followed up with me on multiple occasions to make sure everything's ok. Lifetime carwashes is a huge plus for me and I wasn't offered that anywhere else. The entire process was a pleasure, and that's not something I can say about the experience I had at other dealerships. Darrell & Kay - My wife and I just purchased a 2011 Pre-Owned Crystler Town & Country Touring Mini Van. We traded in our older car and were given a very fair price for the trade in. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I was in a car accident and needed a car desperately because I work and go to school full time. I had been to several car dealerships and always felt like they were trying to make the best deal for themselves and leave with me too high of a car payment or a bad car. My first car and my brother's car were bought through Glenn Nissan. They were wonderful cars and we thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Steve. This time we made our purchase through Steve and his co-worker John Berry. This was the best experience we have ever had and not only will we be coming back in the future, we will recommend their dealership to everyone! First, I found the sales person (Tom Appleton) I worked with to be very helpful and accommodating with my concerns and requests. Secondly, he was very knowledgeable when questioned and friendly to work with. Overall I would say my experience in purchasing a car at Glenn Automotive was the best car buying experience I have had to date (and I have bought a lot of cars in my 59 years).

I'm not usually one to give feedback but because of my recent experience
purchasing a vehicle at your dealership I feel like I have no choice.

It was simply the best experience I have ever had in 29 years
of buying vehicles. Customer service is rare these days but my
sales rep Zach Dunn has restored my faith that it does still exist.

I purchased a 1997 Ford F-150. Even though the last 3 vehicles
I bought were roughly six times the cost of this one, Zach made
it by far the most enjoyable and seamless transaction. I think I called
about the truck late morning and the deal was done before lunch.
Even tho I live 227 miles away, the truck was delivered to my door
by 6:30PM. I have to say that it has taken much longer for me
to complete the same process at dealers I lived 3 miles from.

There was nothing I asked for in the transaction that was not
completed immediately. As an example, I asked for additional
photographs of the truck engine. Zach sent me about 5 shots
within 10 minutes.

When the truck arrived it was in even better condition than
I expected. I had been shopping and test driving used trucks for
about 3 weeks and was used to finding things that would need
to be repaired to bring them into good condition. This one needed
nothing. Everything I would have done to it had already been
completed. New tires, oil change, obvious repairs, etc. The body
was perfect and it drove like a dream. (Not gonna make a girlfriend
joke here).

To cap things off, when I handed the driver cash for the truck, a couple
of the bills stuck together which he noticed and handed back the $200
overpaid amount after recounting.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for a well-run dealership
and a great staff. I'll certainly be back.

I e-mailed Jason on Thursday morning, and he got back with me and I ask him about a car I had seen on the internet, and he told me everything about the car we discussed the price and he was up front with me the whole time. I had ask him to hold the car for me, and I would be there by 3:00 pm to purchase it. I told him if he had any problems holding the car or if someone else wanted to buy the car to let me know and he said he would keep me informed. I was there by 2:00pm gave Jason a check for the car. We sat down and he went over all of the info on the car and showed me everything on the inside of the car, very perfessional person and not a pushy sales person. This is the 2nd car from Glenn Nissan and I have been very satisfied with everything, I will keep coming back.

This was a great car buying experience because Eric Willeroy worked hard to help us be sure we'd picked the right car for us. He patiently endured repeated test drives, was well informed on the vehicles we were interested in, made sure we knew he was available to assist us but never was too pushy. He struck the right balance between attentiveness to our needs without pressuring us. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. Tony was most helpful from the first contact through the last. He was patient and supportive over the several days it took me to make a decision; he was never pushy.

I believe he worked with the administration in order to get the best financial deal he could. While I paid more than I intended to spend, I don't regret the decision because the new Juke makes it worthwhile.

I have been a loyal Glenn Nissan customer for the past 7 years (with my Murano) and I plan to continue, thanks to Tony.

In 2010 I bought a Nissan Frontier from Jason at Glenn Nissan. Afterwords, my wife and I both said that it was the best car-buying experience we had ever had. This year, it was time to replace my wife's car so we contacted Jason and ended buying a Nissan Rogue. He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a great price. He is easy to talk to and he knows the products he is selling. He is an asset to Glenn Nissan and a truly nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jason and the rest of the Glenn Auto Mall folks made buying a new car as exciting as it should be. Without question this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. No haggle, no high pressure. No rip offs. From now on, we will go here first for all of our vehicle needs. We drove two hours and it was worth the trip! I have worked with Mr. Tevis once before and was thrilled to work with him again - he is friendly, sincere and honest. Many people don't trust car salesmen, but Mr. Tevis is different. Yes he's there to make money, but he also is a good man that wants to do the right thing for his customers.

I gave a bit of a lower score on the price simply because the dealership didn't seem very willing to give me a fair price for my trade in - they did in the end, but I kind of had to push.

This car is the 5th car I've bought from the Glenn dealership and I'll go back for the 6th in a few years.

From the word go, Tony approached me with enthusiasm and honesty even though I wasn't really dressed that fancy and probably didn't look like I could pay cash for a nice truck. He followed up my initial visit with a polite phone call. He convinced me to buy the truck over another truck at the Cadillac dealership because the Glenn truck had lower miles and we be more valuable when traded in down the road. Even after the sale I have called and he has always answered the phone, been polite and answered my questions. I would buy another vehicle from Tony, recommend him to friends, family, peers, and coworkers.

Also, upon my second visit, Tony had the car parked close by as if he felt confident we could reach a deal (there was some negotiation). He didn't bully me, he just did a nice job as a salesperson.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I did my research, and everything at the dealership was on point. I have my car serviced many times at Glenn, and David W. has always been great. My father owns an Infinity which he purchased from Glenn and he is the toughest customer. Must be a pretty good place to buy a car. I thought about asking for his help, but I did this one on my own. I think I did pretty good!

I found the vehicle that I liked on the lot, but prefered a gray interior rather than a black interior. The dealership located the desired vehicle and had it ready for me to pick up two days later. Tony and Rodney were friendly, attentive, and did not pressure. The features and operation of the vehicle, in addition to "dealer extras" such as maintenance coupons and free loaner cars, were fully explained to me by Tony. All questions were answered. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and the customer service.

Quincy McDaniel was a great in helping me and my wife decide on a what vehicle to purchase at a price that we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling which made it easy to get answers to our questions. I found the sales people to be friendly and helpful. I have had bad experiences with salesmen being condescending in the past (at another dealership) and I felt it was mostly due to the fact that I am female. I was never once talked down to during my buying experience. The business manager actually thanked me for my credit score and was not pushy with any of the options they were offering, such as an extending warranty. I would be likely to return to this dealership.

Although I had purchased a vehicle from Glenn Nissan before, this time I made my initial contact through the internet. James Anderson sent me an email and called me after my initial contact. I have to say that going this route makes the car buying experience much better than any of my previous car purchases. There were no games or gimmicks and no high pressure sales tactics. James was very pleasant to deal with and very friendly. He explained everything very clearly and immediately got down to the best price he could offer. I did shop around at some other dealers and James had the best deal available. When I went back to pick up my new vehicle, the paperwork was all ready to sign and it only took a few minutes to complete. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend Glenn Nissan if you are in the market to purchase a car. I would also recommend starting your search online and contacting the dealers through the internet instead of just dropping by.

We went to trade our vehicle because we had an emergency need for cash. We were looking to trade for a lesser vehicle to get cash out for our emergency. We had specified the amount we needed and Jason was able to accommodate us and even gave us in excess of what we were looking to get out of the trade. He could have kept this extra amount for himself but knew that we were in need of cash. What integrity! I would recommend Glenn Nissan and Jason O'Bradovich to anyone looking for a fair deal in purchasing a vehicle.

Rodney and James provide great service, no hassle and a great experience when I am in need of a new or used vehicle. I am a small business owner and do not have the time to spend hours at a car dealership reviewing makes, models, features and benefits or hassling over the cost / trade in. I trust Rodney and James to be fair and this is why I go back to them with usually no questions asked. I just purchased a new Nissan Armada and traded in my 2009 and I was in and out in less that 40 minutes. James had the new truck ready and waiting with 90% of the paperwork done. I loved the fact that he didn't keep disappearing. He listened to what we wanted, found several options in our price range and let us drive them all before he ran our credit. The finance department only sent our information to one lender just like we comanded. He was not at all pushy. We drove onto the lot, test drove a few vehicles, picked ours and drove it home all with in two hours. The experience was AMAZING! We have found a new car lot to give our business to. Thanks Stephen.

The whole experience was pleasant. I shopped around, test drove different makes and models of cars and kept coming back to Glenn Nissan, mainly because of Mr. Tevis. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with me. He worked very hard on locating the car I was interested in, and found it.

My favorite part of the whole experience (besides getting my car) was not feeling pressured. I can't say that about some of the other dealerships I visited and actually left another dealership, even though the deal on the car was better, because of their high pressure sales tactics.

My husband and I have bought several cars from Glenn Nissan and each time the experience was good.

I could not have asked for a better sale rep than Jason O'Bradovich. He was absolutely wonderful to help me get the vehicle that I wanted. He was so patient with me in making up my mind which vehicle I wanted. He helped me purchase the right vehicle for me - even down to the color that I had requested.

I have been purchasing cars from the Glenn Dealerships for over 20 years and probably purchased close to 15 cars from them...
In all of those years I can not remember any time when I encountered any kind of significant issue with any aspect of the dealership. I would recommend them over any other dealership anywhere. I always take my cars to the dealership for all of the service and have never had any kind of unsatisfactory result.

Dealing with Scott Keyland was by far the most pleasant and painless experience I've ever had at a car dealership in my 37 years.

In fact, I left my old sunglasses in the car I traded in and Scott went the extra mile contacting the car auction company to retrieve my sunglasses and shipped them to me promptly.

He answered his phone on the previous day, a Sunday when you are not open, and was more than helpful and very knowledgeable on the car I called him about. It was like he had all the details stored in his head about every car.

I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from Scott at Glenn in the near future.

Bob Howell did a great job working with me to find a car. I test drove quite a few cars and was there from about 1300 to 1900. Long day for us both but Bob and I stuck it out with no real breaks. The weather was awful,cold and windy!Bob was supposed to call me yesterday to follow up on a couple of things to be done, but I guess he forgot to. I forgot my check book and Bob followed me home to get it so I wouldn't have to make a trip back to Glenn. That was great!

Eric did the financing part of my deal and was great and very good at his job.
I was disappointed with the financing percentage rate though, because I have a good credit record.
The selection of vehicles available at Glenn is outstanding with so much to pick from!

turns out Bob had a family emergency so couldn't call me back! The manager called me & left his cell# after he read this review. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of for the follow up with my newly purchased vehicle. MR. Dunn helped me make an appointment for the follow up and couldn't have been any more helpful! We called Scott due to the travel time from Bardstown to lexington, he already had the vehicle ready for test drive and to look at. There was no mind games, tricks or pressure to hurry and make a deal. He was honest from the start. This made not only the sell feel right but we knew that we would not be taking advantage of just to make a sell. Scott even found the second key and mailed it to use with out question and even called to see if we recieved it. That just show there level of professionalism was outstanding and I would recomend Scott or any of the sales men there. From Start to finish was a pleseant experience.

I started with Jason when he was with Glenn Toyota, and when my lease was up on my Toyota, I followed him to Glenn Nissan. Not only is he super-friendly, he tells you what you want/need to hear when purchasing/leasing a car. Not only have I leased two cars from Jason, my brother and father have as well. He is an asset to Glenn Nissan.

We could have bought our Nissan right here in Florence, Ky where we live. After doing a search on the internet, we found Jason. We were so impressed with him, that we brought a co-worker with us and she bought a new Nissa from him as well. He is that rare car salesman that gives it to you straight. We never felt like we got the "run around" from him as we did from our local Nissan dealership. He was fair and honest from the first contact with him. When we are in the market for another car or if anyone asks us we will return/refer to Jason. He even helped us months after our sale with a bluetooth question. He gets high marks from us. We'll always come back to Glenn as long as he is there. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I purchased a 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager SE minivan from Zach Dunn at Glenn Auto Mall. I truly enjoyed working with Zach. He was most helpful, took time to listen to and answer my questions and concerns, and I never felt pressured to hurry and buy now. The vehicle was just what I needed! The drivers delivered my vehicle, and were most helpful. I will buy my future cars from Zach and Glenn Auto Mall, and I will recommend them to my friends and family. It is so terrific to find great places and people to do business with.

I purchased my 2011 Lancer from Zach Dunn at Glenn Auto mall and the experience couldn't of been smoother. My friends and even my Mother have purchased cars from Zach at Glenn, and all were extremely pleased with the process. I initially emailed my interest in a few vehicles to Zach; he assisted me with the financing, and without haggling at all a very fair price on the car I selected. I came in well below my desired payment range and left with the car I really wanted. Everyone at Glenn is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help, not just make a sale. Very pleased overall, and will continue to send people to Zach and Glenn Auto Mall.

I had a wonderful experience at Glenn Auto Mall. Purchased a used Infiniti with no hassle at all. Zach was laid back and very easy to deal with. He showed us everything about the G35X and answer all of my husbands questions. I would highly recommend Glenn Auto Mall and Zach to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
